Please ensure items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our 'Returns Center' within 48 hours of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Approval

  Our team will review your request based on the images provided; once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the ethnic wear securely in the original box with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories intact to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our facility, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
