How long does it take to ship my order?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24-48 hours. For made-to-order or customized ethnic wear, shipping timelines vary from 3 to 6 weeks depending on the intricacy of the craftsmanship.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally to over 200 countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Can I customize the fit of my outfit?
Absolutely. We offer custom tailoring services for most of our bridal and couture collections. You can provide your measurements via our 'Custom Size' option on the product page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please note that custom-stitched outfits and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Net Banking, and various digital wallets. For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
